Refund policy

Texas Mum Lady Mum and Leis are custom and made to order.  We do not offer returns or exchanges.  However, if a customer is not satisfied with the product, we will make adjustments to the finished product to the customer's liking.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to communicate with Texas Mum Lady if you are unhappy with your order.  Texas Mum Lady will make any adjustments needed to satisfy customer request. However, we do not exchange items unless its a "supply" or "new in the package" item. 

Refunds

Since mums and leis are custom and made to order, we will not process a refund but we will make any adjustments necessary to the customer.  If you are dissatisfied with your finished product, please contact Texas Mum Lady within 10 business days. Contact Texas Mum Lady at: texxasmumlady@gmail.com.
